Magnificent collection made up of 826 world coins with a very wide representation of countries and islands from the 5 continents and standing out for the existence of a voluminous number of pieces in silver. Within the collection are the coins referring to the Commonwealth where we can find examples of Turks and Caicos, South Georgia, Sandwich, Falkland, Alderney, Isle of Man, Cook Islands, Santa Elena, Solomon ... etc. Although the bulk of the collection focuses on the 20th century, it also includes a good number of coins from the 18th and 19th centuries from countries such as Brazil, Bolivia, Portugal (Azores), Canada or Venezuela, among others. Special mention, too, to the presence of a commemorative coin from geographic areas as diverse as Nepal, the Dutch Colonies, Gibraltar or North Korea. The present theme is very extensive, ranging from coins with sports or Olympic themes, to fauna through nature and architecture. The collection, in general, presents a very high state of conservation, being this the result of the collecting work of a single transferor and where we hardly find any repeated pieces.
